It is in the Lovran region of Kvarner in Croatia, the countryside villa can accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for a family or groups of couples that want to go on a holiday together. Situated on the outskirts near the bay, you can reach the promenade in a couple of minutes. The other places to see are Opatija, Rijeka, Kvarner Islands of Cres and Losinj and Brestova. There are several terraces for sunbathing, there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a salt water pool. The living room on the first floor has access to the balcony and the pool. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The beach is 550 M away, general supplies is 600 M away and the restaurants are 1.5 KM away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, it is at a distance of 40 KM. There is a mandatory deposit of € 400 and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed at the cost of € 10 per night.
