On the Peleponnes close to the villages Kilada/ Kranidi and Ermioni- ca. 2.5 hours by car away from Athens-is the ‘villa at the sunny mountain’ at the mountainside with south exposure.
The view is over the olive groves in the valley, on the mountains in direction Kilada/ Kranidi and the ocean in the distance. In the darkness the view on the ocean full of sparkling lights is even more beautiful.
The villa is at the end of an access road with four vacation homes- all of them are positioned separated from each other without any traffic passing by caused by the dead end.
The plot owning a size of 4000qm is characterized by the villa as well as the large deck and the pool area. Underneath the long access with lockable entrance the huge garden with olive and orange trees, pine trees and several palm trees is located.
The living room with a stove as well as a couch-/ TV-corner is on the upper floor with high beamed ceilings- German channels are available. The open kitchen with a generous dining area for at least 6 persons is completely furnished and includes a dish washer besides a big refrigerator with separate freezer. The floor is completed with a bath room.
Besides the entrance door there are several window doors to enter the surrounding terrace. There are sunny and covered areas with a dining table as well as a wide stonewalled barbecue.
In the basement there are three double rooms; each of them with an own deck and sitting corner. The doors of the bedrooms are double doors which reach to the ground, so the wonderful view can be enjoyed in the morning already.
One double room has an own bathroom - for both of the other two rooms there is a bathroom on the ground floor as well as a bathroom on the upper floor which are both located at the corridor. Furthermore there is a sauna for two persons as well as a washing machine.
All windows of the villa are equipped with aluminum shutters and fly screens.
With a dimension of ca. 8x5m the swimming pool is big enough for an extensive refreshing under the Greek sun. Six sunbeds, a sunshade and a passable outdoor shower made out of modern natural stone are available.
There are possibilities for every taste such as relaxing or sitting together and having a good time- the covered pool lounge in circular shape, the bamboo lounge on the back side of the villa or the lounge bed for the morning sun. For windy days the sunny terrace underneath the bamboo lounge offers a great possibility for a safe area.
In the darkness the villa with the pool and outer area is lit atmospherically.
Wifi can be used in the whole house as well as the terrace area for free.
Trips to the beach, to the surrounding seaside towns Kilada, Ermioni, Porto Heli or to the islands Hydra or Spetses are easily possible and convey the Greek summer feeling.
Diverse restaurants and shopping possibilities can be used in all of the villages or even close to the villa in Kranidi.
The renting price refers to the period of one day incl. all ancillary costs, additionally final cleaning of 90,00€.
