Our little villa is situated in the heart of Paradise Coast, in panoramic position on the sea; directly from the garden You may reach the little bays. Nuragic sites, greedy breaks and wines itineraries enrich the offer. Moreover, being situated into a protect park ,it gives You the opportunity of enjoy unexpected naturalistic scenaries! Home has no steps outside and inside and this is making it unique in Costa Paradiso!
General conditions to rent our house : 30 % at the booking , remaining money 10 days/1 wk before the arrival together with a caution for eventual damages (given back once you leave)of euro 300, everything by banking transfer. Bed /bath and table linen are NOT PROVIDED AND IT'S FORBIDDEN TO SLEEP WITHOUT LINEN . IT'S POSSIBLE TO RENT IT . Wi-fi point at the Community 's offices .
