Description
La Vecchia Torre is a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery located between the beautiful Etna and the magnificent Ionian Sea. Completely renovated and furnished in Sicilian style, equipped with all necessary amenities. The house is a small corner of paradise where you can relax, suitable for everyone, families, couples and singles. It is located a few miles from the A18 exit Giarre, near you will find supermarkets, shopping centers, pharmacies and the center of Giarre. Very close to the seaside area, the port of Riposto, the beaches of Torre Archirafi and Mascali, 20 km away you can reach the beautiful Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Finally, it is 22 km from Etna, an active volcano, the highest of the Eurasian Plaque, it is one of the most documented world records in the volcano field for UNESCO.
Inside: The villa is spread over two floors. At the ground floor there is a very spacious kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, a little fireplace, one double room with AC, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with TV and a mezzanine with a double room. At the first floor there are a little kitchen, one double room with AC, a single room and a bathroom with shower.
Outside: The French door of the kitchen on the first floor leads to a big terrace with a private and SEASONAL swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, outdoor shower, a barbecue and a large gazebo where you can relax and enjoy meals.
The villa also has a parking place
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport2. Payment of the security deposit of €50,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out3. Payment of the tourist tax

NB: The swimming pool is SEASONAL and shared.Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.
