This is the best way to live the way of life of this village in the centre of the mountain from the heart, surrounded by a wonderful spot. You will enter the house through a typical stepped street that maintains the Majorcan character. Inside the house, you will meet the typical distribution of a Majorcan house: The living room first, with sofas to rest and watch the satellite TV; and the kitchen and dining room at the back, sharing all the space. The dining area has capacity for 6 people and the kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a shower bathroom on this floor. Bedrooms can be found on the first floor. One has a double bed, another one has twin beds and the last one features one single bed. The three of them have AC and one closet each. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. if you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair under request,

Fornalutx is a picturesque village in the Tramuntana mountain range, and its centre is characterised by narrow streets with an irregular layout and steep slopes, due to its medieval and Arab past. Apart from living with locals and enjoy this valuable architectonic and landscape ensemble in Majorca, you can visit the city hall characterised by its 17th century defensive tower or the village church. The basic services can be found in Fornalutx: some restaurants, cash machine, pharmacy,... The rest can be found in Soller, another village worth to visit as well as its port, where you can arrive taking the tramway and take a bath in its beautiful sandy beach.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
