It is large, romantic, and very well equipped. A private swimming pool just for your use. It overlooks the olive, almond and orange groves. It has two bathrooms, 42inch TV in the lounge, TV in bedroom, UK channels. There are many terraces around the apartment, leading to the pool, it is very peaceful.It has air conditioning and heating. It is an ideal base for exploring the countryside, or short drives to the coast to visit the resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Gandia, Olivia and Granadella. A visit to the beautiful mountain town of Guadalest is a must, and in contrast for those who like the bright lights Benidorm is just a 45 minute drive. There is a very good bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk away, or there are many bars and restaurants just a short drive, in Orba, Jalon and Alcalali. Nearest supermarket is Mas y Mas in Orba, or for a variety of supermarkets visit Benissa. The Ondara undercover commercial parque is just 15 minutes away, consisting of many shops, restaurants and a cinema. Jalon, rastro and market on Saturday, is a fun place to grab a bargain. Pedregeur market on Sunday is a great place to buy your fresh fruit and vegetables. The apartment is newly refurbished in traditional Spanish style and colours. Parking, patio furniture, towels provided, including pool towels, electric barbecue, bath robes. Linen, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine available, Internet. Large comfy bed, plenty of hanging space. One bathroom is ensuite, the other is by the front door for use when you are by the pool. We are currently developing the garden areas, but there is plenty of colour for you to enjoy. The area is just for you and the rest of the property will be empty whilst you are guests. You may occasionally see the gardener or the pool man.
