Barforth Hall Parlour is a stone-built cottage situated in a rural location, one mile from the village of Gainford and within reach of Barnard Castle. This ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has studio accommodation with a king-size double bed and a sitting area, a shower room and a kitchen. The cottage also has off road parking and a patio area. With many walking and cycling routes in the area, as well as plenty of attractions to enjoy, Barforth Hall Parlour makes an excellent base for a romantic retreat.

Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isnt pot holed or rutted. 1.8 mile to Winston village -pub on a bridle path and 3miles to Eppleby shop and Tea rooms tarmac lane

The historic market town of Barnard Castle is within reach, along with Egglestone Abbey, Rokeby Hall, High Force, Cauldron’s Snout, Derwent Reservoir, Hexham and Durham.
