Villa Genza is an elegant and welcoming villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Genza you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Genza is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private Jacuzzi pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will reach Villa Genza from the street level going up approximately 22 stairway steps. Because of the street below, some traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Genza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; continental breakfast; linens and towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance EUR 25.00/day;baby bed EUR 35.00/day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It features a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. The garden is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
