Highfield House is a beautiful three-storey townhouse resting in Bakewell, Derbyshire in the Peak District National Park. There are four bedrooms in the property sleeping seven guests, consisting of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request, a double, a second-floor double and a second-floor 4' double, served by a bathroom and a second-floor shower room. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an open fire. To the rear of the property is a multi-level garden with a pond, furniture and storage, while there is also off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking. Highfield House is a fantastic base from which to explore Derbyshire as a family or with friends. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Please Note: The garden is uneven and multi-level, and may unfortunately not be suitable for those with limited mobility, there is an unfenced pond in the garden, children to be supervised at all times, however the enclosed courtyard gives you an alternative outdoor space to enjoy. Please Note: The parking space is not suitable for cars over 1.8 meters width wing mirror to wing mirror, additionally, there is space on the road at the front of the house and the adjoining roads have unmetered parking. Gas central heating and open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, hot tap, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with fire stick, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Highchair and travel cot available on request, stairgate available. Off-road parking for one medium sized car and additional roadside parking, please see note below. Rear multi-level terrace garden with furniture and bike storage.
