Description
It is in a lovely avenue of excellent villas. There are patios with sun or shade at all times of the day.
The Beach is a 10 minute saunter away on level ground. (only 10m of slope down on the way to beach)
Rented Saturday to Saturday.
FULL air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and sitting room.
The Villa has two unlimited WIFI networks:
A Spanish WIFI - WIFI_ES – which has fast upload and download speed, the TV is also connected to this service for its streaming service, and a UK WIFI WIFI_UK which allows you to connect and stream all the UK services (i.e. BBC iPlayer etc.). The TV also has an Amazon Firestick and Streaming box (this can record and playback all channels).
Outside:
Pool (8.5m x 4.5m) and jacuzzi with their surrounding patio - The Pool area can be gated off for the safety of children.
There is a main front patio with built in barbecue overlooking the sea and countryside with a shaded patio at the rear.
Plenty of patio furniture including large table and chairs, sun loungers and lounging chairs.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen. - The villa is cleaned at the beginning and once in the middle of a two week holiday. All bedding and towels included – you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Cot and high chair are available.
The garden is well established with lovely colours of bourganvilleas and other Mediterranean plants. The villa is user friendly for families with children as well adults. The villa is kept to a very high standard, with a combination of modern and classic furnishings. We are pleased that we have guests who return year after year and who recommend us to their friends. If you would love a holiday in a completely independent, individual villa in its own grounds, this will be the answer to your future holidays in Menorca.
There are plenty of local amenities located within a 4 minute walk of the villa including a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and gift shop.
In San Jaime there are several pools and water slides which are children friendly and open to all. At Club San Jaime there is a café/restaurant, which often does evening entertainment.
Son Bou has a good selection of family friendly restaurants and beach cafes, as well as cocktail bars and an excellent Italian that does take-out.
