Lounge area: with TV with large glass windows looking over the garden to the front which open to allow access onto the covered veranda, ideal for al fresco dining or a relaxing sunny day snooze. Dining table, comfy sofa and chairs. Double bedroom: with a 5ft carved French farmhouse bed and lovely views out to farmland and woods behind. Shower room: with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Garden: There is an enclosed garden laid mostly to lawn with shrub borders to the edges at the rear of the property, with a paved patio area, perfect for BBQ's or just to sit and relax in. There is plenty of parking with a short walk up a slightly sloping path on gravel to the front door. Once on the veranda, the property is on one level. 2 x well behaved dogs are welcome at £25.00 per pet per week - a bed, towel and bowls are provided.
