Sea Spray is a lovely stone cottage located in Ballyvelaghan, Ireland. It has four bedrooms: one ground floor double with en-suite shower room, one first floor king-size with en-suite shower room, one first floor double with en-suite shower room and one first floor family room with two doubles. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen and dining area, with a separate sitting room, and a utility area. Outside has a balcony area with furniture and a large lawned garden and gravelled area to the front. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Sea Spray is a wonderful cottage for families or a group of friends.

Enclosed rear balcony area with furniture. One small well trained dog welcome at additional charge of €100. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 6 mins walk. Note: The only bathrooms at the property are en-suites. Note: Only children over 13 years old are allowed to stay at the property.
