The newly-built villa has been constructed in a pagoda-like villa style, whereby numerous, partly-covered terraces and balconies are built, which provide you with spectacular views over the surrounding area, stretching even as far as the sea. Grand wide windows flood both floors of the villa in the light of the Mediterranean sun. The 600 m² living space is spread across just 3 double rooms. It can rightly be said, therefore, that the owner of this tasteful home definitely had the idea of rooms with generous space when the property was built. The theme of spaciousness can also be seen in the garden area, where a great number of seating areas are waiting to be discovered: Sleepy spots under old trees, perfect for chilling out on loungers, space under a parasol at tea-time, and numerous seating and dining areas on the terraces. In addition to the main property, you'll find a little lodge in the garden, which contains a further living room, complete with television, fireplace and many sofa corners for relaxing, reading or listening to music. You could also host an evening meal there as a group: A wonderful place, perfect for cosy evenings with all the time in the world to chat away in relaxed surroundings. In the park-like, landscaped garden, you will find the generously-sized pool, measuring over 60 m² and with varying depths. The pool is embedded in a sun terrace, which is absolutely perfect for chilling. Should it get too warm at any point, then simply relax under one of the two parasols and enjoy the day on one of the comfy loungers. At night, the pools LED lights create an extraordinary atmosphere, as they can be programmed with 12 different colours.

Entering the house from the garden leads you into a terrific, open-plan living area. This bright airy room hosts not only a fireplace, which is surrounded by cosy seating, but also a library area, complete with an antique writing desk and a stunning grand piano. On the other side of the living area there is a dining area that is furnished with extraordinary seating. The floor in this room is made from dark, high-quality natural stone that extend into the open-plan kitchen area and can also be found in the American-style bar and on the walls. At the bar there are 2 bar stools with antique tractor seats. A solid-wood finish has been used for the facade of this fully-furnished kitchen, in which you'll find a spacious fridge/freezer with a stainless steel look, a stove at a user-friendly height, an immense cooking surface and much more. A further dining area is contained in a room that is reminiscent of a conservatory. For added cosines, there has not only been a table set up there, but also a chilled seating area with trendy wicker furniture in front of yet another fireplace: A lovely room for comfy indoor socializing in the evenings during the cooler times of the year. The high walls are adorned with numerous artistic prints and large-scale pictures, which look particularly impressive in the bright, expansive rooms.

A spiral staircase with metallic-green lacquered handrails leads you to the upper floor of this impressive villa. Here we come across even more works of art in all sorts of different styles, from classic paintings through to modern photographic art. There are also several balconies on this floor, from which you can take in the spectacular views of the countryside. The master bedroom would not look out of place in a luxury penthouse, with its extensive balcony and freestanding bed. Through the large window wall, lying down perhaps, you can enjoy an unforgettably wonderful view over the pool and garden area. The bathrooms that is right next door to this room contains a sizable bathtub, in which you will comfortably find space for two, as well as an additional shower (along with toilet and bidet). The other two bedrooms are divided into the "pink" children's room and the traditional "light blue" room, which are both very well furnished and extremely comfortable. Both bedrooms have use of a common bathroom. An additional, open bathroom with shower can be found on the ground floor. The fourth bathroom is in the basement. The bathrooms are designed in a particularly unique way: an aqua-green tiled bath with a handmade blue wash basin, and a black tiled shower room with walk-in shower leave nothing to be desired.

The impressive villa blends in perfectly with the coastal landscape. A wide, extended dune landscape with typical Mediterranean trees (predominantly cypresses) shapes the local image. This vegetation is also found in the park-like garden. Several small nature paths run right through this same sandy dune landscape, leading to divine beaches like "Es Trenc". This beach is ideal also for children as the access into the sea is shallow and the sands are fine. It is considered one of the most attractive natural beauties of Mallorca, because it is one of the rare undeveloped beaches on the island. This is why the location of the villa "Son Florit" is so very special, receiving our full recommendation. When you then add the outstanding furnishings of the spacious villa to its extraordinary location near to Colonia de Sant Jordi, an old fishing village that today is a small tourist resort with restaurants and recreational areas, this villa cannot receive anything less than our unreserved recommendation.
