Description

Recently built luxury villa with swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi and lawned outdoor area: an exclusive property located in the countryside of San Michele Salentino which is equipped with all amenities, it`s also only a few kilometers away from Ostuni and from the beaches of Torre Guaceto. The house includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one of them is outside) and offers accommodation for up to 8 guests.

Beautiful salt water pool (12x6) is in the center of the property, surrounded by lawns and olive trees. A comfortable patio with a table for up to 8 seats and induction cooktop, sink and mini-fridge is also ideal for al fresco cooking and dining with a view over the pool.
The heated jacuzzi (for up to 5/7 people) is a place of ultimate relaxation. This villa is also a perfect solution even for an off-season holiday (inside it is equipped with floor heating and fireplace).
On the opposite sides of the pool there are the two units that make up the entire villa: on the one side there is the main unit and in front of it there are charming traditional houses called “trulli”.

The main house is very bright, it features modern interiors which represent an example of a minimalist style. Each room is air-conditioned and is equipped with all modern amenities. The entrance hall leads to the living room with a kitchen and sitting area with TV and fireplace. From here you can access the sleeping area, with 2 double rooms which share a bathroom with shower.

The “trulli” consists of two units each one with an independent entrance, it comprises a room with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower; the second bedroom is also with en-suite bathroom with shower, and it can be arranged as a single or double bedroom (inside there is a single bed and pull-out bed).

Located in the rural area, but it is not isolated, and is only 2.5 km away from a pretty village with excellent food called San Michele Salentino. The most famous resort of Valle d`Itria which is the “white town” of  Ostuni is only 14 km away,  the sandy beaches and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is only 20/25 minutes` drive away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
