Villa Alemà

Description

Villa Alemà is a spacious villa with private pool and garden located on the south-eastern flanks of Mount Etna just a few minutes outside the towns of Aci S. Antonio and Acireale. The villa has high ceilings and smooth lava stone features. The garden is beautifully tended, with a perfect lawn and shaded areas, including a gazebo. Indoor and outdoor living areas combine seamlessly.

The villa consists of a main building on two floors and an annex:
- from the main entrance you access the living room that once was a ‘palmento’, an antique olive crusher. The living room opens onto a covered patio area, perfect for dining during hot summer days. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st floor has a bathroom, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and a terrace with a wide view on Mount Etna;

- the annex with air conditioning, has a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.

Villa Alemà is ideal for families and friends who wish to explore the Eastern side of Sicily and relax in a huge garden with private pool. Thanks to the heating system and a gas heater in the palmento, the villa is also suitable for a winter stay.

The pool is 16 x 10 meters and up to 2.90 meters deep.
