Albert's Cottage is a delightful, 200-year-old south facing fisherman's cottage with a wealth of character throughout.
Situated in a superb location just a short walk from the quay and close to the bustling Staithe Street where you will find numerous cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and art galleries.
Wells-next-the-Sea boasts one of the best beaches along the coast with its glorious white sands and cheerful and brightly painted beach huts. Head to Holkham to explore the house and stunning parklands and the world-famous beach which is regularly voted the best in the UK.
The cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically restored throughout and offers cosy and comfortable accommodation over two floors with a South facing courtyard garden; ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine with a glass of wine.

Please note: This cottage has Norfolk Winder stairs. As with older character cottages, these are enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. They are carpeted and have a solid hand rail on the right side only.
