It has a ground floor bathroom and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and sitting room, as well as a snug. Roadside parking is available. Outside has a front, enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Ivy Cottage is an excellent location for friend and family holidays.
