Villa Merla is a splendid villa, part of a large private estate in Figline Valdarno, a half an hour’s drive from Florence. Situated in a panoramic position, it is nestled in the Tuscan countryside with gentle hills, wide meadows, oak woods and pine forests. Guests will enjoy a total privacy.
The villa has a private fenced garden with outdoor furniture (dining table and sofa) and barbecue.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a lovely infinity pool (15 x 5 m) with parasols and sun loungers. Near the villa there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set.
The Figline Estate expands over approximately 70 hectares of one of the most striking areas in the Tuscan countryside: the Valdarno region.
The Estate is composed of one main villa, which dates back to the Renaissance, and six farmhouses, recently restored with utmost attention to every detail. A Renaissance chapel and 2 tennis courts (that can be used by all guests of the estate), complete the Estate.

The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops and supermarkets, banks, restaurants, post office, hospital) can be found. The location is particularly convenient as it allows to reach Florence in 30 minutes (28 km).

The property (257 sqm), spread over 3 floors and elegantly furnished with pastel colours, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright living area consisting of: a dining room with two French windows opening onto the front garden; a living room with two sofas and a digital TV; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle.
Following is a double bedroom with two windows, walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom with shower.
A guest bathroom makes the rest of this floor.
First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 3 double bedrooms, each with its own  ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
You will also find a common living room with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
Second floor (attic): In the attic on the top floor there is a romantic double bedroom with panoramic view and ensuite elegant bathroom with large shower.
Included free Wi-Fi. All rooms are provided with air conditioning. All the windows on the ground floor have mosquito screens. Pets are allowed.
