This 19th century house is based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.

Cotswold House is a 19th century house based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. It has been described as one of the most unique and attractive holiday houses anywhere in the Cotswolds, and has won the ‘Best Holiday Cottage in the Cotswolds’ award in 2015 and 2017. It has had extensive modern updates, but has still retained some original features, such as the oak flooring. Downstairs has a living room with an open fire, fitted kitchen with a dining area. The first floor has two super king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the second floor there is a king-size bedroom. There are two separate family shower rooms and WC. Outside has a rear enclosed garden area with a stone patio and furniture provided. Inside there is a games room, complete with a pool table and a dart board. There is ample off street parking and is the property is located close to a train station. Cotswold House is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations.
Two well behaved dogs welcome and additional dogs must be authorised by the owner and will be charged at £100 per dog.
Sorry no cats or other animals allowed. Dogs must be house trained. An additional £250 cleaning fee will be charged if the dog/s make any mess in the house or have an accident. Pet owners will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any item/s damaged by the dog/s. The garden can not be used as a toilet, please use the surrounding roads & parks. By paying the pet fee you agree to these terms.

Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, bath/hand towels & tea towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot (no bedding or mattress available) and highchair available. STRICTLY, NO BBQ's or SMOKING. Rear enclosed garden. Off road parking for 4 to 5 cars. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Sorry, no hens, stags or similar. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome at the property, any additional dogs need to be authorised by the owner and will be charged £100 per pet.

Please note this property only accepts 7 night bookings with Friday changeovers during school holidays.

All bedrooms benefit from blackout blinds and linen curtains with triple black out.

The Top floor bathroom has a saniflow toilet and ONLY toilet tissue can be flushed NO OTHER ITEMS as this would cause the system to block and flood the house and would be chargeable for any damages.

Note: the front drive & back gate is covered by CCTV.
First floor bathroom 2 steps down & 2 steps back up from bedroom so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: The Saxon market town of Moreton-in-Marsh lies on the Fosse Way Roman Road in the northern Cotswolds and boasts many elegant 18th century buildings, which are home to traditional inns, serving real ales and home-cooked food, tea rooms, restaurants and individual shops to suit all tastes. It also boasts it's own train station and lies on the intersection of the Paddington rail line from London. The town hosts the Moreton-In-Marsh Show, one of the UK's largest one-day agricultural shows, as well as the Moreton Beer Festival, an annual French Market, and a large outdoor market every Tuesday. A convenient base for exploring the Cotswolds and the wider area.
