Description

Villa Beranu is a lovely three-bedroom house which sits on the coast within lush parkland in northern Sardinia. Sleeping up to 10 people, this home is ideal for a family holiday and as it is situated in a private residential park. Your party will feel relaxed and secure here as only guests are permitted on-site.

The villa is bright and spacious and is spread across one level. The living space is located in a vast, open plan room with a comfy living area, large dining table and fully-fitted kitchen. This leads onto a sunny terrace. When you wish to retreat for the night, there are three bedrooms as well as an extra sofa bed in the living area, so plenty of space for the whole group.

Outside you will find a large private pool with lots of sun-loungers, al-fresco dining areas and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding parkland and sea.

This gated community contains luxurious villas but also has plenty of amenities which are available for use of guests. Among these amenities are a children's park, a high-end restaurant, a clubhouse and a pizzeria, having these within walking distance is great for laid back days where you wish to stay near to your villa. The community also has plenty of natural attractions within its boundaries, including 3km of exclusive beaches, pretty bays and parkland meaning there is plenty to see and do in walking distance.

Close by there is a village which offers horse-riding, fishing and water-sports if you prefer a more active day out. If you wish to get out and explore the area further, you could visit Costa Paradiso which is 15km away. There are plenty of markets, cafes, restaurants and shops in the town but people mostly visit for the stunning scenery and beaches. To see more of the coastline you could take an organised boat tour or go snorkelling in the clear waters.

#### Location
Located in a leafy private estate on the coast of northern Sardinia, is Villa Beranu. Surrounding the villa is over 3km of parkland as well as small coves and beaches which are exclusive to guests. On-site there is everything you need at your disposal, including a clubhouse, a chic-restaurant, a play area and even a pizzeria. Due to the semi-rural location, these amenities are great assets to the villa.

Though the villa is in a rural setting, there are plenty of towns and villages just a short drive away. If you want to enjoy more of the region's sites and culture then you could visit Santa Teresa di Gallura or Costa Paradiso which are both 30-minutes away. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a lovely seaside town and some fantastic boat trips set off from there. In under an hour you could reach the French island of Corsica by ferry which is a great day out. Alternatively, there are excursions to the La Maddalena islands off the coast of Sardinia, this stunning groups of islands are well worth a visit. These excursions are usually full-day tours so you are able to see lots of the coast, enjoy snorkelling in secluded coves and enjoy lunch on board the boat. Costa Paradiso is another great place to visit and has a wide array of shops and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches.

The villa's location means you will be well placed for exploring unspoiled beaches and coves. Many days can be spent simply unwinding in nature with a sumptuous picnic. If you are feeling more adventurous, then there are plenty of sporting activities on offer locally including water sports, fishing and horse-riding lessons.

If you are happy to drive around an hour, then there is so much more to see and do further afield in Sardinia. The city of Olbia, for example, is packed with art galleries, ancient monuments, museums, churches and lots of piazzas filled with cafes and restaurants. Also, one of the most popular places to visit on the island is Costa Smeralda which is filled with natural beauty, alongside high-end shops and a wide range of restaurants.
