On the west side of Lake Como, 1 km (by car) from the lake shore and the village of San Siro, this cozy independent villa sleeps up to 7. A small independent villa, tastefully furnished, has a fenced garden and is very private. It is located about 400 meters (walking) and 1 km (by car) from the lake and the village. Villa Giallo offers absolute privacy. The property is surrounded by a fence with an electronic gate providing access to the 1000 m2 garden that surrounds the villa.The villa is on two floors with no bathroom or bedrooms on the main floor. Main Floor: Entrance from a glass covered loggia providing a spectacular view of the crystal blue water of the lake; sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar (The kitchen was completely restored in 2008 - GAGGENAU Design - and is very spacious. It has a table for 12 people and it is fully equipped with gas range, large oven, grill, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other facilities. The kitchen has access to the terrace. There is also a dining area. Lower level: Living area with sofa (Satellite TV, VCR DVD) and French windows leading to the garden; on this floor there is also one twin bedroom (cannot be joined) one bathroom with bathtub and hand held shower, laundry room with washing machine.Mezzanine: Green bedroom with one double bed.Yellow bedroom with French bed (140x190 cm) and en suite bathroom with shower.
Blue bedroom with two twin beds (can be joined). This room share a bathroom with the Pink bedroom. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a Jacuzzi bathtub.
From the first floor there\'s the access to a mezzanine, where there\'s the laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board and a small stand-up shower.Air conditioning in all bedrooms (only bedrooms)Outside Beautiful covered loggia, large terrace furnished with lounge chairs sofa, armchairs and small table, fenced garden.
