Description

Villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This rustic-style holiday home is enclosed in the breathtaking landscape of Sierras de Tejeda and Almijara. Wood is the material that predominates under different forms and with warm colours, which convey a discrete and cosy atmosphere to this accommodation. The outdoor is ruled by stone, which harmoniously mixes with flowers and vines. The authentic construction mix with the most modern equipment, so that you will feel at home in a matter of seconds.

The holiday home is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining-living room from which the magnificent staircase will lead you directly to the first floor, passing through a fantastic stone arch. The completely equipped open kitchen shares space with the dining-living room. On the same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, in addition to another bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, with two single beds each and one more bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The outdoor area doesn’t lack charm. It relies on a private swimming pool, a spacious porch, a barbecue area and a private parking. You will definitely lean out on the terrace to enjoy the show of the Mediterranean Sea’s colours that mix with the lush vegetation of olives, almond trees and vineyards. Take a deep breath and let the delicious smell of the fields fill you in. The property is not fenced.

The access to the house is made possible by a 300 mt-long unpaved lane, which is characterised by a slope and curves, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
