This delightful cosy two bedroom holiday cottage is set in in the grounds of a Manor House in 17.5 acres of woodland and fields. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. In the grounds there is a beautiful landscaped sunken garden, a fishing lake, an outdoor swimming pool (summer only) and it is a fantastic place to spend a holiday. From this self catering holiday cottage you can visit the many local and historic attractions, as it is located between the borders of historic 1006 country and the beautiful walking country of the South Downs. Nearby Cycle Paths. Eastbourne has a beautiful seafront and award winning beaches (Blue Flag) together with many other attractions for all the family to enjoy and is only 4 miles away. The area was voted "The Sunniest Place in Great Britain" (Halifax Quality of Life Survey and "Most Group Friendly Destination in the UK" and has obtained many other awards and accolades over the past years. Pets considered at discretion of owner. Dogs should be on leads within the grounds but easy access to fields, woods and walking trails. Lots of child friendly lawns and local rabbits.
