This enchanting villa with private pool is situated in Santa Tecla, a small fishing village on the Ionian coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers away from the elegant, baroque town of Acireale. The property, set in the \"Timpa\" nature reserve, is part of a villa complex with private access to the rocky coast and sea. Blending perfectly with the surrounding environment, characterized by lush Mediterranean flora, Villa Tecla offers spacious outdoor areas affording splendid sea views, such as the pool, set in a panoramic position above the house, and the large terrace on the first floor of the villa, which also features an outdoor kitchen and a porch equipped for al fresco dining. Inside the villa, on the first floor are a bright, cozy living room that opens out onto the terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower floor includes a well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave), two bedrooms (one of which is accessed from outside) and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Ipod docking station, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. With an additional fee, the guests of villa La Timpa may access the lido, swimming pool and restaurant of the Santa Tecla Palace Hotel. Only a short drive from the villa are Mount Etna and the well-known resorts of Taormina, Catania and Syracuse. The closest sandy beach is in Riposto, about 15 minutes\' drive away.Interior:
