Just a perfect spot to getaway and make your vacations a memorial one or enjoy the Caribbean tourism.

The Villa is situated on the peaceful waters of the North Coast in the Dominican Republic, it´s a quiet place with breathtaking views of the ocean, coastline below and mountains. All about peace, tranquility and amazing natural environment.

Access to the accommodation is conditioned to the respect of the capacity of sleeping 9 people (Adults and children included) of the rented property. No additional guests will be accepted in accordance with the conditions of AIRBNB. I will be authorized to refuse access to the property and no refund with be given.

Comfortable and clean house fully furnished and equipped with 24hr electricity, swimming pol , AC, WIFI, BBQ, Laundry Area and Free parking. We are equipped with an 8KW inverter with 8 batteries and a 30KW Generator. Please understand We are located in a third world country that power outages can occur. A/C work as long as there's electricity from the power utility during the day time. At night our emergency generator can be turned on if requested for A/Cs or as needed if a power outage occurs. WIFI works but you have to understand we are in the country side. Don't expect fiber optic and high speed internet. Disconnect to Reconnect with nature.
No loud music after 9pm. NO FIESTAS, EVENTO O MUSICA ALTA. THIS IS NOT A PARTY VILLA, ITS MEANT FOR FAMILY ORIENTED AND/OR FRIENDS THAT WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TRANQUIL TIME. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PARTY VILLA, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.
