The property consists of a living room, a large dining area, 2 double bedrooms, and one bedroom with 3 single beds located at the main house. Additionally, there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people in the annex area, outside the main house. A baby cot is available upon request. The Villa also consists of 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. This luxurious property can accommodate 12 people. In Christelle Luxury Villa Pescoluse visitors will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher from which they can access the private garden, the pool, and the open terrace. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, fans and a television. In the private outdoor area, visitors can play table football, Ping-Pong, or enjoy the Salento sun in the deckchairs and sofas available for guests. The annexed area, separated from the main house, contains 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a small dining area, perfect for two families. There is an additional terrace in the front area of the Villa with a table. The Pescolouse sandy beach is only a 15-minute walk away from the Villa. Along the beach, visitors will find several restaurants and beach bars. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of €150 per stay. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee of €8 per set per person.
