Description
La Roccia is named after the massive boulder in the kitchen.
Ceilings are original with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles.
Downstairs, this traditional two-storey farmhouse has a large eat-in kitchen, with chestnut cupboards, marble worktops and a dishwasher, as well as an oven and fridge/freezer. There is an original, working fireplace in the kitchen.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, with an antique pine wardrobe, and a shower room.
Up the wrought iron staircase, you’ll find a pretty, two zone sitting room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a tub.
There is a sofabed in the first half of the sitting room and an open fireplace in the second part, which is dreamlike in the autumn and winter.
There are free satellite channels, DVDs and Wi-Fi access to the internet from your own laptop.
The house has use of the beautiful marble courtyard, with deckchairs, a table and chairs for dining, as well as an outside terrace with deckchairs and a small BBQ.
