Villa Sara is located in the center of a very large and luxuriant park of 3000 square meters with large trees and plants and is situated on a hill that boasts a breathtaking view of the Castelli Romani and where tranquility and nature prevail. The Villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of a large living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a storage room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else!
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and amenities. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful annex (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real house that offers the possibility to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything (also here there is a dishwasher and TV) !!! The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and entertainment and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots for children. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and catering service (we have a beautiful restaurant 5 minutes from the property).

The Villa on the ground floor will be available for up to 6 guests. Guests wishing to use the upper floor must add a supplement of € 70.00 per day.
