Description

The typical quarry-stone villa "Ana" is located in a phenomenal hillside location above the Bay of Estellencs, which is very popular thanks to its crystal-clear waters. If you love nature and the quiet it offers, but still want to be located directly by the sea and spend your holiday relaxing, this is the perfect place for you, wonderfully nestled into the handsome landscape. Its hillside location in the Tramuntana mountains offers the villa protection in the midst of venerable, large trees. Enjoy this fantastic backdrop with view of the sea – simply spectacular. The seemingly enchanted natural-stone villa lies on a very well-maintained and unspoiled estate. The various terraces and outdoor seating areas, framed by natural stone, seamlessly integrate into their surroundings, with the handsome villa estate merging into nature. Whether you want to play some table tennis, spend some time by the pool on one of the sun-loungers in the shade of the awning, sit at one of the tables under the shade of the olive trees and relish in the views of the sea and distant landscapes – this villa is full of true feel-good spots. Whilst you make use of the outdoor barbecue to prepare a nice evening meal and dine all together at the table on the covered terrace, you can really take this quiet holiday oasis.

The interior fits the wonderfully natural beauty of the outdoor area perfectly. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room with a fireplace where you can enjoy a glass of delicious Malvasia wine, typical of the region. A stylish, white and fully-equipped kitchen houses a round dining table; it's the perfect place for cooking all together. This room also has two antique display cabinets, which both really catch the eye with their rusticality. The bedrooms are particularly cosy and have a mediterranean design. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bathrooms feature a tasteful and charming design with gold, marine-blue, and natural quarry-stone accents.

Nature lovers can enjoy their favourite activities and spend their time hiking, swimming, snorkelling, or boating, taking in the amazing views of the coastal cliffs. You might want to bring along a pair of sandals, as the coves tend to be quite rocky underfoot. Marvel at the terraced fields near Estellencs, cultivating primarily aromatic tomatoes, wine and olives, whilst the picturesque natural-stone houses offer an idyllic sight. The peaceful centre of Estellencs or the neighbouring Banyalbufar is also well worth a visit. Why not enjoy a few local specialities in one of the quality restaurants or tapas bars? If you have a rental car, then it's worth noting that smaller cars are better suited to this region, as some of the narrow streets and roads really are hair-raisingly tight and windy.
