Description

Sant'Alberto is a wonderful Tuscan villa located along the Via Francigena in the Unesco heritage area of the Val d'Orcia. The villa is ideal for family or friend groups as it's divided into interconnecting apartments and has several different furnished outdoor spaces. The large pool is to one side of the property in a flat garden overlooking the Val d'Orcia hills which comes to life in the spring with the wheat fields. Near the pool is the outdoor dining area which is covered by a wooden pergola. To the front are two covered terraces, each furnished with a table and chairs.

The villa has been carefully restored into a beautiful property while maintaining many of its traditional Tuscan characteristics such as the original terracotta floor and ceilings of wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The style is ornate and pastoral throughout, and each room - from the comfortable bedrooms to the spacious communal areas – has a distinct atmosphere of warmth and class.

Our Thoughts

A brilliant retreat for a large family or group of friends, situated near the historic Pilgrims Route. Here at Sant’Alberto, everyone can enjoy their own space, with plenty of furnished areas for gathering together inside and out. The pool is particularly large and luxurious, and the elegant cushioned sunloungers with white parasols make it a great place to sit and stare, even if you don’t feel like swimming. What’s more - since there are five separate rooms with kitchen and dining facilities - guests can split off into smaller groups in peace and quiet whenever they want.

4 single beds for children. These extra beds are in 3 of the other bedrooms. 

5 bathrooms with shower, 1 with bathtub and shower. All bathrooms are en-suite. 1 of the bathrooms is suitable for guests with limited mobility.

There are 5 parking spaces on site.

The villa is not fenced.

Only a small part of the garden is visible to any neighbours. The garden otherwise allows full privacy and occupies 6000 square metres.
