Description
Fantastic villa for 12 + 2 people 500 meters from Galé and Manuel Lourenço beaches, close to everything. Private pool, large garden, wifi, 2 grills. There is no need to take the car as there are restaurants, supermarkets and cafes just a few meters away.
Casa da Praia consists of two houses together, side by side, identical in all respects, sharing the same outdoor space (pool and grills). It is rented solely as a V6 villa, never separately.
On the whole, the house has 6 bedrooms (2 twins and 4 with double bed), 4 bathrooms with shower and 2 full bathrooms with bath. 4 rooms with private bathroom are located on the first floor, as well as a spacious terrace with partial sea views.
On the ground floor there are the 2 living rooms with fireplace, dining areas, and the two kitchens. From the rooms there is direct access to the pool, garden and patio. The rooms have a sofa bed, which allows to comfortably accommodate 14 people.
This fantastic holiday villa has 2 garages, each with washing machine and plenty of space for several cars.
The location of this villa is privileged: there are cafes, restaurants, ATM and supermarket within a few meters; the beaches of Galé and Manuel Lourenço are about 500 meters away.
The beaches of Salgados, Castelo, Evaristo, are Rafael and Arifes, are some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve and are less than 5 minutes drive from the villa.
