Description
Casa Roja is a large modern villa with four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a large swimming pool 12 metres x 4 metres and many spacious terraces including a wonderful large stone-built barbecue.
The villa is extremely private as there are no near neighbours and the 2 acre plot is totally fenced with conifer screening and the electric entrance gate is remote controlled. The gardens include many orange trees and olive trees.
Bedrooms are set out as 1 x king-size, 1 x double and 2 x twins and together with two sofa beds in the sitting rooms down stairs 10 people can be accommodated. There is air-conditioning throughout the house.
Casa Roja is located on the edge of the pretty village of Purias between Lorca and the Mediterranean and it is just a 20 minute drive to the nearest beautiful beaches. There are lots of interesting things to see and do in this very Spanish area of Murcia but above all else it is a peaceful area great for relaxing and to disconnect a little!
Locally there are various small shops and supermarkets, and also bars and restaurants which serve locally sourced good food at excellent prices. We can arrange boat trips for you if required!
