The house has at its total and exclusive availability a garden with a green lawn where you can enjoy a solarium, relaxation, tranquility and a barbecue for night barbecues, perhaps dining under the stars, surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden and with a large playground for children. The veranda allows you to have lunch and dinner in total relaxation.
Near the house, reachable by car, there is a supermarket, a newspaper shop, a tobacconist's, a petrol station, a butcher, pizzerias and restaurants. You can choose between free beaches or beaches equipped with snack bars where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
