This holiday apartment is located in Montuolo, 6 km from Lucca, with pool. It is surrounded by a big fenced lawn which adjoins the apartment of the owner - they are only occasionally present. Access to the property via a private and automatic entrance gate. In front of the house is a 180m2 terrace, ideal to have your meals outside in the wonderful environment characterized by olive trees and fruit trees. In exclusive use of the guests there is also a partially in-ground swimming pool, approx. 50 m from the apartment and from which you can see the house of the very kind owners. Versilia with its golden and equipped beaches is 25 km away. Apart from a day at the seaside, you can take a walk in the center of Viareggio (30 km) and do your shopping, in Lido di Camaiore (28 km), you can enjoy an aperitif in one of the many bars and at the same time enjoy the panorama of the Apuan Alps, while in Forte dei Marmi (35 km) you have the opportunity to visit one of the numerous night clubs. In nearby Lucca you can admire perfectly preserved monuments such as the Duomo di San Martino and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Lucca is also famous for the Lucca Summer Festival with concerts of international singers and Lucca comics. Pisa with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral and the Baptistery is 20 km away. In the thermal baths of San Giuliano Terme (10 km) you can spend wonderful relaxing moments.
