Description
The exterior are really nice. There is a porch furnished with sofas and BBQ area with a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stove, wood oven, fridge, etc.) so you can organize meals outside in summer. The private pool is 10x4 meters large and you will be able to enjoy incredible views from the pool area, which is surrounded by sun beds, sun umbrellas and chairs.
It has 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with a double bed and a trundle bed. Two of the rooms share an en suite bathroom. There are two more bathrooms at the house. One of the bathrooms has a cupboard where you can throw your dirty clothes so you don't have to go to the laundry room downstairs. All windows and balconies have mosquito nets. The house is equipped with an AC warm/cold device in the living room, as well as a ceiling fan, an electric radiator, a fan, an outdoor heater, two log fires (one in the living and one in a bedroom); therefore you can come either in winter or summer. The cosy living room has two comfy sofas, plasma TV, DVD, CD player, movies, books and magazines. The house has free WIFI. The open kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and has a bar and stools where you can easily have your breakfasts and a large table for all the guests. The laundry room has washing machine, dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board.
The area of Llutxent is well known for its landscapes and its proximity to the beach of Gandia, only 20 km away. The town is included in the ''Ruta dels Monestirs'' (monasteries route) that you can take if you like trekking. There are many places to go: in Ontinyent (45 km) you will find the natural monument ''El Pou Clar'', Bellús (16 km), ''Mas de Xetá'' (4 km) if you like horses, Aeroclub Bálica if you like aviation. If you come at the end of April you may enjoy the celebration in Llutxent called ''Moros i Cristians''.
