This holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house on the hills of Valdobbiadene and is surrounded by 5 hectares of prosecco vineyards on which the famous sparkling wine is produced. The accommodation is on the first floor; By means of a few steps one reaches the terrace, from which you access directly to the kitchen and in the living area. The sleeping sofa in the large living room offers the possibility of two additional sleeping places. The accommodation is on one floor and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the covered terrace you will find a large table, ideal for outdoor dining and for relaxing moments. From every window of the house, as well as from the covered terrace, you have a great view of the picturesque landscape of the hills covered with vineyards - these offer a wonderful view in all seasons, especially in autumn, when the vines turn red, yellow and orange. The house is reached by a 1 km long and very narrow street - it runs along the hills. It is located on the grounds of a winery, with the possibility to experience the production process of the Prosecco and of course you can also purchase it directly on the spot. An ideal starting point for a variety of excursions: for art and culture lovers, for sportsmen as well as for gourmets. The most important Venetian cities are easy to reach: Treviso (43 km) with its beautiful city wall and Venice (75 km) with Piazza San Marco. The area offers many medieval hamlets such as Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Cison di Valmarino, Asolo, Feltre, Bassano del Grappa, Mel. It is also rich in rivers, lakes, hills and mountains (Dolomites 40 km) and offer a great variety for sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, caving (Caglieron Cave in Fregona (30 km) or the Montello Caves (40 km)), kite flying, paragliding, horse riding, golf, canoeing, windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing on the Santa Croce Lake (40 km). At the lake of Revine (20 km) you can sunbathe. The strategic position of the house offers the opportunity to alternate days in the mountains of the Dolomites with days at the sea on one of the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Jesolo 34 km).
