Casa Lucía is located in a very quiet area with few neighbours and with great views of the countryside and mountains. Just 5 minutes from Benissa, you can enjoy everything this Marina Alta town has to offer.

It is also close to the town of Jalón, where you can enjoy an inland environment and its bodegas of locally produced wine and “mistela”. And in just 15 minutes by car you can be on one of the beaches of the area to have a swim.

The house has capacity for 10 people, perfect for a large group of friends, and it is distributed over two floors. Linked by exterior stairs, on the ground floor we find a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the top floor there is another living room with large windows and views of the countryside, another kitchen, three bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

Outside there are large terraces and a large private pool with a compass rose on the bottom and an outdoor shower. There is also a well-kept garden, with fencing around the terrace and trees surrounding the house, an outdoor barbecue and a playground with a basketball hoop, perfect for playing a few games while preparing a delicious barbecue outdoors.
