Description

The Villa : Large plot of land 5800 square meters with gardens pool and 3 barbeques. The best sunsets you will ever see. The house is 50 meters from the Aegean and 10 meters above it creating a spectacular view.
Visitors have access to the upper level house, large pool with fresh seawater, barbeques, gardens parking garage, gym area etc
If you are dreaming of the most idyllic secluded location with luxury, privacy and stunning views of the Aegean waters as far as the eye can see then this Villa is the one for you.
A property built loyal to the customary Cycladic architecture, features minimal but elegant and timeless style in hand-picked furnishings and eclectic décor.
Feel as if you and your loved ones are all alone in the world, relaxing by the pool and admiring the most stunning panoramic sea views all the way to nearby Islands. Want to go for a dip in the pool? it is 10 meters out of your front door. Want to go for a dip in the Aegean? Walk 150 meters to the beach and dive right in. Want to go to a private rocky beach where no one can see you? Walk 100 meters the other way (north) and you are there.
The house lays on a tiny 15.000 sq.m. Peninsula, 6 km north from the Port of Tinos, on a private plot of 5,000 sq.m. facing west and adjacent to the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment nice and comfortable with a unique 180 deg view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Giaros. When the atmosphere is clear, which is during most summer days, you can also see the islands of Paros, Naxos, Kythnos and Kea. During sunset, the view turns to be just magnificent and you can see a plethora of colors from a vista point right outside the house door. (See pictures)!
The Villa owns a private 100 m rocky seafront and a small, pebble gulf. You can swim in the crystal- clear water all around the property. About one hundred meters south, you walk or swim to another, larger protected gulf comprised of a nice sandy beach which very few people ever visit.
Walking distance away about 500 meters north, lays the village of Agios Romanos with a very long and beautiful sandy beach, a tavern and a cozy beach bar with music, where you can lie under the white umbrellas or large trees, and enjoy your book or friends along with a cool long drink and a snack. Part of the beach is "organized" with sun umbrellas, sun beds and a beach bar, while the rest has large trees that provide a great shaded environment.
This two-level luxury villa of 320 square m. is built in a unique location on it’s own peninsula, just 50 meters from the beach and 6 km north of the main island’s port.
Nothing comes between you and the endless blue Aegean Sea except for a large seawater pool with two large arbors (pergolas) one at each end of the pool which is cleaned daily.
The well-cared, just renovated construction, together with the peaceful setting and the great views of the Aegean Sea, sets up a unique environment for you and your company to enjoy.
In the house, on the 200 sq.m. upper level, there is a single well-arranged living space which includes the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining room. 10 large windows provide for an all-around marvelous vista.
As far as sleeping amenities , the house features one bedroom with Queen size bed which includes an en-suite bathroom (master bedroom), a second bedroom with a Queen size bed and a third bedroom with two singe beds, one more bathroom and a WC. All beds are equipped with top end Coco-mat mattresses.
On the ground-floor level, there is an independent large guest house (120 sq.m) with a living and dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, another bedroom with a single bed, with room for another bed, and a bathroom. A large playroom, utility room, storage room and a large garage are found on the same level. This is again about 120 sq m extra from the living space mentioned previously.
Tinos is at first sight a typical Cycladic island which has not been affected by the onslaught of mass tourism. The inhabitants are warm and friendly. A long strong culture of art, marble sculpturing and even the home of the marble carving museum, gastronomy due to the exquisite local products, beautiful clean but yet accessible beaches and not like our neighboring Myconos, Whitewashed buildings gleaming in the mid-day sun, a mini-maze of back streets sloping gently down to the harbour and spectacular beaches not only close to the villa but all around the island. There are over 50 traditional villages each with it’s own character to visit and explore with tavernas, coffee shops and old picturesque houses as well as newer buildings decorated with elaborate marble pieces. For shopping, Tinos Port (Chora) has super markets, bakeries, local fish stores, butcheries, gift shops, post office, car rentals etc. Four banks with ATMs are also available. Water sports facilities, fishing, diving etc. are provided. Restaurants, Pizza places and taverns serving local cuisine and fish dishes can be found in most of the villages.
Tinos can be reached by boat either from Rafina Port, about 40 km from Athens Airport or from Piraeus. One can also fly to Mykonos and take a boat from there to Tinos (20 min away).
