This is a first floor apartment. The first 3 steps at the bottom are open on one side. There is a gated courtyard with a lily pond and a padlocked well house at entrance to barn. Situated on a sheep and dairy farm. Shared use of washing machine, games room and parking.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - There is a winter fuel supplement of £20 per week and £10 per short break - beginning of November to end of April, payable to the owner in cash on arrival.
An adjoining property is undergoing building works, both exterior and interior, until 31st August 2021.
