Summary:
Exclusive, beach-near villa with sea views and private pool. With very comfortable and tasteful furnitures. The floor plan is spacious and has plenty of space.
Very nice garden with a large sun terrace and a Mediterranean flair. There are several different seats and terraces. For barbecue is an electric grill.
TV and DVD player available.
The swimming pool can be heated during winter months for an additional cost.
On the property there is parking for 2 cars, electric sliding gate.
The Space:
Available for rental is the apartment on the ground floor. During the rental period the apartment on the 1st floor is closed and is not occupied otherwise, so that the property is for private use.
The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with american kitchen (with dishwasher), exit to a large covered terrace, 3 bedrooms (each with air-condition), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
Getting Around:
The small sandy beach of El Portet and restaurants are within walking distance. It is about a 20 minute walk to the village center of Moraira.

The rent includes 30 € / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra = 0,30 €/kwh - payable in cash on departure).
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The guarantee of 400 € must be payed 2 weeks before arrival per banktransfere. It will be refunded 1 week after departure.
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
