On two levels, this luxury villa is situated on La Sella Golf, a beautiful, prestigious urbanisation. The lounge has WIFI , Satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with oven, hob, fridge freezer and totally everything that you need for a luxury holiday.

This villa is an ideal retreat for any family looking to relax in peace by the pool and enjoy splendid views.

On the ground level, gates lead into a pretty garden with parking and to the pool area with a wonderful outdoor area, fully equipped for Mediterranean outside dining. Here you will find an outside kitchen with BBQ, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. With views out to Javea bay, the Spa Hotel with a 27 hole golf course and across the valley .... it is intoxicating - especially when the orange blossom is out.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first double has an en suite shower room, air conditioning and views over the valley. The second double also has air conditioning. There is a separate shower room. Stairs from the ground floor lead to the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and private sun terrace with wonderful views.
On this upper level there is also another terrace with breath-taking views to both Denia and Javea. A perfect spot for evening drinks to watch the sun go down....
La Sella is a short drive from both Javea and Denia. Both have fabulous beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.
Denia has the new Marina, which everyone should visit, a shopping centre in Ondara, just a 10 minute drive from La Sella, and many local attractions and theme parks.
La Sella has, within the complex, horse riding, tennis, a restaurant/bar, a chemist and a small shop.
Note: Linen, towels and pool towels are provided. There is an obligatory final cleaning fee of €150 and because of the high quality of this villa, we do ask for a refundable breakages' deposit of €500. If you would like a mid-stay maid service (linen and towel change and cleaning of bathrooms) we will be happy to provide this on request for a small extra fee of €60.
