A few steps down from the parking you arrive to the entrance. The villa has a spacious living room with 2 sitting areas, dining table and 180ºC sea view. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils and sea view. 
From the living room and kitchen you exit to the terrace with a separate summer kitchen. Exterior dining table and lounge area. Exterior toilet.

One level down you'll find the large swimming pool with sun beds and again the stunning sea view. 



The villa has 5 bedrooms, all have direct access to a balcony or terrace and that amazing view of course. Each bedroom has built-in closets and a fan. 


First floor:

- double bedroom with double bed.

- bathroom with shower and bath tub.

- triple bedroom with 3 single beds. 

- double bedroom with double bed. En-suite bathroom with shower.

- separate toilet.

Second floor: 

- bedroom for 4 persons with a double bed and a bunk bed. Ideal for kids! En-suite bathroom with shower.

The nice beach and harbor in the bay of Canyelles is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant and beach bar.
