Description

Surrounded by trees, palm trees and hedges, this holiday home, about 400 m from the sea of Portopalo di Capo Passero, offers a large outdoor area with parking space and garden. Furnished in Sicilian style, the house is surrounded by a characteristic terrace with arched front opening, to keep the building cool and shady. Two of the walls in the living area have large windows overlooking the garden. Convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect when returning from the beach. At your disposal is a large covered veranda, chairs and deckchairs allow to rest in the shade of the garden, while on the sunny terrace you can sunbathe in the warm sun of Sicily. Covered outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue corner, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. It is possible to access the roof terrace (about 60 m²), from where you can admire the sea view and in the evening admire the starry sky. Portopalo di Capo Passero is a town in the province of Syracuse and represents the extreme point of Sicily and Europe. Not far from the island of Correnti, this is an excellent position to visit the most beautiful areas of the province of Syracuse and the Baroque area with Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla which are within a radius of about 70 km . From the landscape point of view, don't miss the Vendicari nature reserve. For those who wish to immerse themselves in history, Syracuse with its ancient Greek theater, the "Orecchio di Dionisio" and many other archaeological sites awaits you for an unforgettable trip.
