CROYDE VICTORIA COTTAGE OVERVIEW
VICTORIA COTTAGE is a traditional grade II listed cottage in Croyde, just a 5-10 minute walk from Croyde beach! 2 bedrooms sleep 4 people, and the cottage has a lovely contemporary feel having been renovated throughout to a very high standard in 2018. The cottage is located along a quiet mews but is in the heart of the village.
Croyde is a popular surf village with excellent pubs and restaurants as well as surf shops, a mini supermarket and a Post Office. Other popular beaches including Putsborough, Woolacombe and Saunton are just a short car journey away.
VICTORIA COTTAGE is the perfect choice for a traditional seaside holiday while staying in charming cottage accommodation.
LIVING AREA
An open plan lounge and living area is the heart of the home. Relax on comfy sofas after a day at the beach and watch the large LCD TV with BT freeview and DVD player. WiFi internet access, an iPod dock, board games, DVDs and books are available for your entertainment.
The dining table seats 4 and a high chair is provided.
KITCHEN
A modern country kitchen newly fitted in 2018 with a washer/dryer, gas hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. All essential kitchen utensils are provided as well as a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and a feature fireplace.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, wardrobe, chest of drawers and reading lamps.
A travel cot is provided.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Upstairs shower room newly fitted in 2018, with shower enclosure, WC, wash basin and mirror.
Bathroom 2: Downstairs wet room also newly fitted in 2018 with a large walk in shower, WC, wash basin and mirror.
OUTDOORS
The rear enclosed courtyard is peaceful and private with garden furniture, a washing line and a charcoal BBQ. This space is a real suntrap, ideal for sitting and enjoying the afternoon sun and warm evenings outdoors. There is off-street parking for 1 car.
