This delightful villa enjoys an enviable position just 3 kilometres from Signorino beach, one of the most popular spots on the western coats of Sicily. Here you will discover a range of shops along the seafront whilst the city Centre of Marsala is only a short drive away. The enclosed, large gardens are dotted with exotic plants and citrus trees whilst the most observant will discover a small vegetable patch tucked away. The outdoor furniture has been carefully selected to adorn the garden, including a gazebo and sun loungers positioned beside a swimming pool that is framed by beautiful plants. These are plenty of spots to relax for the day when you just don’t feel like going to the beach. The original villa has since been divided into a main house and an annex and is ideal either for two families travelling together or for larger groups. The main house includes a large living area consisting of a kitchenette and two bedrooms (a double and a twin) all decorated with light and airy interior and offer lots of light. This part of the house also has a charming patio directly outdoors with a dining table, chairs and a BBQ. Two more bedrooms are available in the annex that comes with an attractive living room and stylish breakfast counter.
