This comfortably furnished villa sits within a private resort itself on the cliff tops and next to the Royal Cromer Golf Club. Overlooking the seaside resort of Cromer in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and set in attractive gardens and wooded grounds. Guests have all year round use of an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, which are all included within the price. Other on-site facilities include a snooker room, indoor badminton, fitness room. There is an extensive entertainment program including children’s activities in the newly-refurbished Beach Club. There is easy access to the many pathways giving excellent cliff top walks, with stepped paths leading down to the beach, an stunning walk alongside the golf course to the village of Overstrand. A bar/restaurant for dining in or take-away is available all year. The resort is built into the hillside which means that the site is terraced and has steps and slopes throughout and therefore may not be suitable for the infirm.
Within a mile is the popular, traditional Victorian seaside resort of Cromer, with its wide sandy beach, lifeguards (summer season), grass tennis courts, an 18-hole cliff top golf course and promenade gardens. During the summer season, there is plenty of entertainment, including the famous end-of-pier theatre shows including Christmas Spectacular. The pier is also home to the very famous Cromer lifeboat and which is steeped in local history. Sheringham, 5 miles, offers a further sandy beach. RSPB nature and bird reserves can be found at Cley, Blakeney and Morston and seals on the beach at Horsey Gap. For children, there is Amazona Zoo in Cromer, a go-karting centre 1 mile away and Wroxham Barns. Other attractions include Bure Valley Miniature Steam Railway, National Trust stately homes such as Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and the Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade. Shops and pubs 1 mile

All of the villas at Cromer Country Club are built in to the hillside. This means that the whole site is terraced and has steps and slopes throughout which may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Shared grounds. Shared indoor pool, open daily all year. Minimum depth 0.6m and maximum depth 2.4m. All guests must note the gymnasium ( for over 16's only) is not supervised and all equipment is used at their own risk. Wifi is available at a charge of £5.95 per day. Beach and pool towels not provided. This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile.
For this reason the pool will be closed until 31 July 2021 to allow for building work to be undertaken and a new roof to be installed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The gym will be opening under Covid 19 protocols with very limited capacity for whole owners on resort, though pre booking is essential via the app. As a gesture of goodwill we will keep this facility available outside your usage restriction.
