Description

Maenan Cottage is a delightful converted water mill nestled away in the Conwy Valley....the cottage sleeps 6 in the main house and optionally another 2 in the self contained loft.
The cottage is full of character with its kooky walls, log burner and exposed original beams. It is cosy, warm and welcoming and its location is beautiful with the sound of the river and woodland close by.

The cottage is set along a very pretty lane and on arrival you can’t help but feel how idyllic the location is. The main entrance brings you straight into the kitchen/diner, the butler sink, high gloss work top and modern appliances all come together to create a really lovely place to cook and eat. The dining room table at the far end seats six comfortably.

The lounge is a great space; one side is set up for those who might like to have a bit of time reading with a lovely leather arm chair.
The main area is home to three very big and comfy sofas, a wall mounted flat screen tv and the all important log burner.

There is a utility room with a downstairs WC on this floor too.

Upstairs, there are three warm and inviting bedrooms, with the beds made up with Egyptian cotton and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite .

The french doors in the lounge open up onto a lovely, enclosed patio area where you can sit and listen to the river opposite and surrounding woodland wildlife.

The annexe is a self contained loft apartment made up of a large open living space with comfortable seating, television, wifi and dining table. The small kitchen is located through a partition wall and has everything you need.

The other side of the lounge is the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, which has a stand alone bath and shower.
