Pleasant holiday apartment on the 1st floor of a private house with separate entrance and private terrace. In the garden there is a tree house and various games for the enjoyment of children. The owners occasionally live on the ground floor. A few hundred meters from the house flows the river Tiber with various pebble beaches, where you can sunbathe and cool off on the hottest days. In front of the house there is a riverside path that crosses the natural park and where you can enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides. Also here is perfect for bird watching, fishing along the Tiber (no kill), riding 5 km. On the Alpe della Luna (1600 m s.l.m.) at 15 km there are hiking trails. The Adriatic beaches are 100 km away, for a day trip to the sea. Do not miss to visit the beautiful medieval towns of Anghiari (4 km), Sansepolcro (6 km), Città di Castello (16 km), Arezzo (35 km). Access via a dirt road (350 m). Second bathroom with shower available in an annex on property.
