Description

Marcello house and 'a detached house 80sqm very comfortable consisting of: a large living room with fireplace, a small kitchen but fully equipped, bedroom with double bed very bright with direct views of the garden, another bedroom with 2 beds bunk and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. In the room there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person. In total we are at the guests disposal 6 beds.

All rooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers for guests. Guests have access to the laundry room which is located outside the house. The house has heating and air conditioning and anti-theft system.

Guests have access to a beautiful garden of more than 1 000 square meters overlooking the sea where you can spend pleasant evenings and outdoor dining. The house has private parking with parking for 4 cars.

Casa Marcello is located just 3 km from the beaches and 5 km from Mattinata (Foggia) in Puglia in the Gulf of Manfredonia, on the coast of the Gargano promontory, for the quality of its bathing water has been repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education. In 2013 he received 3 sails from the Blue Guide of Legambiente.


Walking around


The villa is located just 3 km from the sea, it lies just a few minutes drive.
Morning, the nearest town, is just 10 minutes by car, within the Gargano National Park. The town is nestled in a green valley of olive trees surrounded by ocean and forests. The stretch of sea that goes from Mattinata to Vieste is renowned for its white cliffs, to the rocky coast and for its gorges and caves, some of which are still not fully explored. A morning are convenient supermarkets, all services, shops and restaurants.
