Before that, drink at Spiro's sons, Alexis or Georgios, in their tavern on the beach of Koulouri an ouzo under mighty 500-year-old olive trees. You will rarely find such a beautiful place again. Maybe you don't go out, but cook yourself, because you have harvested deep red aromatic tomatoes, crispy cucumbers and ripe peppers in the organic garden of Geogios, the administrator that you can use on the large property. The facts
Via the central, automatically operated entrance gate you drive onto the property to your holiday home with parking spaces next to the house.
The Villa Levanda small with a living space of 227 m2 with space for 8 people (+ toddler) includes about 2000 m2 of land. The property is part of a 40,000 m2, fully fenced hillside property with direct access to the beach. The village of Sparto is about 1.5 km away and offers typical Greek shops (bakery, petrol station, small supermarket). The nearest town is Amfilochia with a beautiful promenade, 9 km away. In this small Greek town you will find everything that belongs to the supply (health center, doctors, taverns, supermarkets) and in the small harbor you will also find a berth for your boat. A big market day takes place here every Wednesday. A wide range of sailing ships and yachts can be rented in the port of the city of Lefkada (approx. 50 km). The nearest airport is Preveza, 45 km away. Athens is about 3.5 hours away by car. The journey time from the Igoumenitsa ferry port is approximately 1.5 hours.

The house consists of a conventionally built house with a pergola in front of it. Of course, all rooms are fully equipped with their own air conditioning, TV connection and WiFi.

Outdoor area
In front of the house there is an approximately 100m2 terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola providing shade. There is an outdoor shower next to the house for refreshment. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Ambracian Gulf and the Acarnan Mountains and it is the ideal place to enjoy the sunset.
The whole property is bordered by oleanders and lavender bushes. The over 100 lavender bushes give the villa its name.

The holiday home is currently being completely renovated and will be available for rent from June 1st, 2021.
